The event celebrated 12 Green Pioneers from the MPKj and MPKL areas and aimed to educate other strata property owners about the benefits of "The Green Initiative Programme," which focuses on energy efficiency through Synergy ESCO's Ultra High Energy Efficiency lighting solutions.
August 17, 2024, Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS) in collaboration with Synergy ESCO hosted their first ESG nomination event: The Rise of Green ESG in Strata Property alongside Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKj) and Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat (MPKL).
Celebrated 12 Green Pioneers under the area of MPKj and MPKL, the event aimed to celebrate and educate other strata property owners about the benefits of "The Green Initiative Programme," which promotes energy efficiency through the use of Synergy ESCO's advanced lighting solutions.
Synergy ESCO's LED lights are designed to maximize energy savings with an impressive defect rate of just 0.01% and a lifespan of up to 150,000 hours. This innovation not only supports sustainable practices but also contributes significantly to reducing carbon footprints.
The event was attended by pioneers of "The Green Initiative," representing strata properties that have already made the switch to Synergy ESCO's lighting and are enjoying hassle-free savings. Additionally, approximately more than 60 attendees came to gain a deeper understanding of the initiative.
LPHS and Synergy ESCO aspire to see more strata buildings join this advantageous program, which not only offers hassle-free savings but also aids in the government's pursuit of their Sustainable Development Goal - achieving Carbon Neutral Malaysia by 2050.
